Application

All of your documentation must be received by our office by DECEMBER 31.

Our scholarships are paid to the university/college/school directly.

To apply for a Hazel Cryderman-Wees Scholarship, the following must be completed:

  1. Submit a brief letter (250 words or less) explaining why you should be considered for this scholarship
  2. Your letter must be accompanied by a self-addressed and stamped envelope
  3. Submissions must include: full name, current mailing address, telephone number, email address
  4. Submission may include fax number, permanent mailing address

Applicants must also provide:

  1. The name of any educational institution(s) you have attended
  2. Final reports/transcripts from these institutions
  3. The length of time you spent at each institution
  4. The school(s) where you wish to pursue your studies
  5. The estimated cost of the program (including living expenses)
  6. Please include contact information including email addresses for 2 references from schools/institutions currently or previously attended.
